Changzhou Jintan Qianbaiyi Biotechnology Co., Ltd formerly known as Jurong Jinfeng Chemical Plant, located at the west foot of Mao Mountain, was established since 1987, by Mr. Ni Jinzhong, the founder of the first generation, who was adhering to the entrepreneurial spirit of "pioneering and inspiring the poor mountains and forests", had gradually formed a pattern of producing and management which was focusing on "naphthalene series" plant growth regulators within 10 years.
